Amazing views of the ocean from the Club Level at the Ritz Carlton Cancun.

Debi and Todd returned from a great trip in Cancun last week!  The sun was out, the water was blue and clear, and great food and drinks were abundant.

Five Star Ritz Carlton Cancun

Few things can beat a romantic dinner on the beach.

To really be able to experience a few different hotels, we stayed at the Ritz Carlton Cancun and Nizuc Resort and Spa.  The Ritz lived up to its impeccable reputation of excellence in service and luxury and earns its Five Stars by Forbes.  Every detail was attended to from a welcome gift in our room to being personally greeted on the Club Level by our concierge.  The hotel is in the middle of the hotel zone on a beautiful stretch of beach.  We walked by a number of other hotels and observed loungers in disrepair, crowded pools & beaches, and vendors milling about.  But the Ritz was in great shape with clean pools and beach areas, beautiful cabanas and lounge chairs, and only the staff and lifeguards were on our beach.  Beach service was great, too, with ice buckets for water and frequent checks by the servers to see if we needed anything.

Luxurious Nizuc Resort and Spa

Nizuc was up next – what a gorgeous resort.  I mean stunning.  It won the Travel & Leisure award for the Most Instagrammable Hotel in the World in 2020 and for good reason! Every turn is a breathtaking sea view, water feature, landscaping… it was really a treat to just walk around the hotel.  And at night when the lights lit up the features it was a totally different experience.  This is a resort for foodies with gourmet restaurants and dining experiences.  It has several pools and beach areas – some are adults only and some are family (and dog) friendly.  It was very quiet and relaxing.  Non-motorized water activities are included so we enjoyed some stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, and snorkeling in between drinks on the beach.  Oh and the pastries!  My goodness – they bake everything at the resort and the pastries and breads were the best we’ve had outside of France….seriously.

Nizuc is a stunning, perfectly curated resort south of the hotel zone in Cancun.

We are here to help!

These are definitely luxury resorts and when clients book them through us we can secure extra benefits and amenities as well as service the entire trip for you so you can relax and enjoy!  Contact us today for help with your next vacation – we love matching clients to the right resort for you.  Both the Ritz and Nicuz would be perfect for a romantic getaway or a family vacation.  You can find a spot at the resort to either get away from other people or be able to connect with other travelers.

Hyatt Zilara Cancun – a great spot for some fun in the sun. An adults-only all-inclusive resort with eleven restaurants and lounges, plenty of swim-out suites, and all of the rooms have ocean views. (And the gym offers pole dancing classes if you have ever wanted to try!)

Hyatt Zilara Cancun All-Inclusive

And if luxury isn’t what you are looking for now, Debi also has toured and stayed at several all-inclusive resorts in Cancun which are more budget friendly.  This time I toured the Hyatt Zilara Cancun, an adults-only all-inclusive in the hotel zone.  All the rooms have an ocean view, there are several pools so you can find the party (or the calm) that you are looking for, and again food & drinks & entertainment are everywhere so you never have to go hungry or thirsty!
